Although your event payment is not due until July 5, the Committee would appreciate your preliminary RSVP if you think you may attend, so that we can get an estimated head count. You can easily revise your guest count before you purchase your tickets. If you have questions, please contact one of the Party Committee members listed on the invitation, or send us a note using our SWS website Contact Form.

3:30 pm: Meet & Greet Happy Hour and Children’s Parade. Kids line up at turnaround at Keystone Point.
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm: Games and Races
5:30 pm: BBQ Dinner Served

When you are ready to RSVP, on your Evite, click Yes or No to the question, "Will You Be Attending?" Please help us with our planning -- SEND YOUR PRELIMINARY RSVP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Enter your best estimate of the total number of guests in your party, including yourself. You can easily revise your estimate online if your plans change. You can RSVP now, and finalize the number of guests when you pay later. We need your payment and the final number of guests by July 5.

COST
Each SWS Cabin will receive 2 complimentary adult tickets if their Association dues have been paid in at least one of the past three years (2020-2022). Additional adults are $25.00 per person. Children under the age of 18 years are $15.00 each, and those under 5 years are free. All tickets must be paid in advance by July 5th. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Several people have stepped up to help organize the party, but many more volunteers are needed in order for this party to be successful. This is a great way for parents and children to work together, and for cabin neighbors to get to know each other better.
